Do you disconnect appliances?
Do not assume utility or installation work is included. Arrange qualified disconnection before pickup.
Can you remove a basement appliance?
Access must be reviewed. Share dimensions, stair width, landings, turns, and headroom.
How are refrigerators and freezers handled?
They should remain intact and go through a receiving process that complies with refrigerant rules.
Is pickup free?
No free-pickup claim is made. Request a job-specific estimate.
